Why WIC Was Started

UGA's highly competitive consulting organizations admit only a limited number of students each semester, leaving many qualified and passionate individuals without access to valuable opportunities. Additionally, consulting remains a male-dominated industry, highlighting the need for greater representation and support for women pursuing careers in the field.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower women to explore and pursue careers in consulting by fostering an inclusive community centered on mentorship, professional development, and meaningful connections. We strive to equip members with the skills, resources, and confidence to thrive in consulting and beyond.
