Mission

Women in Consulting (WIC) at UGA is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering women to succeed in the consulting industry. By fostering inclusivity and providing access to resources, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities, we aim to create a supportive network for students from all backgrounds.

The Gap

UGA's highly competitive consulting organizations admit only a small number of students each semester, leaving many qualified and passionate individuals without access to valuable opportunities. In addition, consulting remains a male-dominated industry with limited representation, emphasizing the need for targeted support to bridge this gap.
